Skills Expected

Good Communication Skills Must be able to speak and write in basic English clearly. Should communicate politely and professionally with all. Strong Filing & Documentation Ability Should maintain documents neatly and accurately. Must be good at organizing files (physical & digital). Basic Computer Knowledge Must know how to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle scanning, printing, and email communication. Punctual and Responsible Should come on time and complete tasks as assigned. Take responsibility for work and follow deadlines. Trustworthy and Confidential Must maintain company confidentiality and handle data carefully. Honest and dependable in all tasks. Willingness to Learn & Support Ready to learn new tasks and help other departments when needed. Should be flexible in handling multiple admin tasks. Driving Skill (Preferred) Should know driving (2-wheeler/4-wheeler) for outdoor office tasks. Must have a valid driving license. Neat Appearance and Good Behavior Must dress properly and behave respectfully with all staff. Represent the company professionally.

Nature of Job

Email & Communication Handling Draft and respond to emails professionally. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Filing & Documentation Prepare, maintain, and organize company documents such as letters, reports, and records. Keep both hard copy and digital documents neat, up to date, and secure. File Management Systematically manage all physical and computer files. Create proper file naming and storage systems for easy retrieval. Regularly update, back up, and clean outdated files. Data Entry & Record Maintenance Enter and update information in company records and systems. Maintain employee data, vendor lists, inventory logs, etc. Daily Office Administration Handle stationery, courier, printing, and housekeeping arrangements. Support staff and management with routine admin tasks. Coordination & Follow-ups Follow up with departments, vendors, and clients for pending work. Ensure timely updates and completion of assigned tasks. Banking & Field Work Visit bank, courier, suppliers, or government offices when needed. Driving (2-wheeler/4-wheeler) is preferred for local errands. Meeting & Scheduling Support Assist with scheduling, reminders, and preparing meeting materials. Take notes or maintain meeting minutes if required. Vendor & Purchase Help Get quotations, place orders for office items, and track delivery. Help maintain purchase records and petty cash if assigned. Professional Conduct & Confidentiality Handle office data and communication with honesty and confidentiality. Maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times.
